| Products & Services: Our Flexible Delivery Framework provides IT consultants to clients across the full application development and support lifecycle, consisting of three distinct service delivery options: FlexITeam delivers fit for purpose consultancy solutions by providing clients with high quality consultants in a timely manner, delivering excellent value for money within a framework which includes Consultant Management, Performance Management and Knowledge Management methodologies. FlexIProject allows clients to outsource projects to us; we then assume responsibility for the deliverables using our own proven project management, application development and quality methodologies. FlexISupport provides remote and on-site support, based on Service Level Agreements, for application and infrastructure support. These three services are available across all of our offerings – Development, Professional and Infrastructure Services, EAM, ERP and BI. |
